Our
featured speakers can always be found on the CCO
front page. We recommend you visit the information
page for each speaker, ministry or group and learn
more about them. Many of our speakers offer a video
sample and/or an audio message as well as bio
information. You can also click on the "Speakers"
button found at the top of every CCO page.

Register for the event of your choice. |
|

Simply click on the "Register"
button found at the top of any CCO page or located
on the speaker's information page and fill in the
information. After registering you will be taken to
our payment gateway. CCO proudly uses the Pay Pal
payment system, making it possible to welcome guests
from around the globe by easily accepting all forms
of foreign currency.

Wait to receive your confirmation and CCO
Access Instructions email. |
|
|
After registering, you'll receive a confirmation
email. Your event access information will arrive
within 72 hours of the selected event. We wait until
just prior to the event to send your access codes in
case there is any change in event location on our
servers. If you do not receive your access
information within 24 hours of the event, visit our
customer care center and one of our reps will
assist you.
Once you've received your access instructions simply
follow the detailed steps in the email to enter the
event you've registered for. CCO has live moderators
on standby the day of the event to assist you with
any issues you may have. CCO moderators are
available via live, real-time messaging from 30
minutes prior to the event and throughout the
duration of the event.

During the event. |

Once you enter the
event you will receive on screen instructions for
interacting with the speaker if your event includes
interaction. CCO event moderators will be available
the entire time to help you.

Do I need special equipment? |
|
|
No!
All you need is your computer and in some cases,
depending on the event you choose, a telephone to
call our toll free number. You can also use any
Internet telephone to access the event. Headsets are
recommended but not necessary.

That's all there is to it! |

That's it! You can easily enjoy the event with
little or no knowledge of the Internet.
